How do i cancel my subscription?
Go to settings - Billing - Cancel plan. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Can i get a refund?
We offer refunds within 48 hours of payment. If you haven't used more than 5 credits, contact us directly.
I found a bug - how do i report it?
Email bugs@coursevault.ng or use the in-app feedback button. We fix critical bugs within 24 hours.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! Create your referral link from your dashboard under Settings - Referrals. You earn for every students you refer.
